Healthy Holiday Meal Class

The Idaho Foodbank would like to invite you to join us in our teaching kitchen to sample some healthy holiday recipes and learn how to offer a healthier holiday meal to your family this season. In this class we will discuss healthier options for holiday meals, prepare and sample four low sodium recipes and complete some fun activities. Participants will go home with all recipes and a parting gift for participating. Space is limited to 12.
