Fruits & Vegetables Class

Kesha Barden, our Nutrition Education Specialist, will be hosting a class at the Idaho Food Bank Lewiston Branch location on October 8th from 4:00-5:30pm.
This class will be appropriate for people aged 12 and up, with adult supervision.
The class will focus on knife skills, nutrition, and food preparation. Participants will learn to work with kitchen tools properly, the nutritional importance of fruits and vegetables in our diets and lastly, the class will prepare some healthy food following a recipe.
