Twin County United Way’s 2nd Sip, Swing and Support is set for Feb. 10

Proceeds to benefit the Community Fund, supporting efforts to improve lives in the LC Valley

LEWIS-CLARK VALLEY – The Twin County United Way’s second Sip, Swing and Support for our Community is right around the corner.  The event takes place on Friday, Feb. 10 at Lindsay Creek Vineyards in Lewiston.  Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and music by The Swing Notes begins at 7 p.m. The Swing Notes will play from 7 – 9 p.m. followed by DJ music until 11 p.m. Advance tickets are on sale now and are $25 each through Jan. 31.  Tickets will be available for $35 each after Feb. 1 and will also be available at the door.

This year’s event is sponsored by Roger’s Motors.  The inaugural Sip, Swing and Support took place in Nov. 2015, when the McIntosh family, who own Lindsay Creek Vineyards, were the Twin County United Way’s honorary campaign chairs and hosted the new event.  The event raises funds for the United Way’s Community Fund.  The Community Fund provides grants for LOCAL nonprofit programs working to address critical needs identified in our community and efforts to advance education, income and health – benefiting and strengthening our entire community.

The event includes music, dancing, hors d’oeuvres and each ticket includes one complimentary glass of Lindsay Creek Vineyards wine or beer. Table sponsorships are still available. Tickets can be purchased at the Twin County United Way office at 2207 East Main in Lewiston or at Lindsay Creek Vineyards at 3107 Powers Ave., Lewiston.  Tickets can also be purchased online at www.tcuw.org or by calling the Twin County United Way office at (208) 743-6594.
