This year’s event is sponsored by Roger’s Motors. The inaugural Sip, Swing and Support took place in Nov. 2015, when the McIntosh family, who own Lindsay Creek Vineyards, were the Twin County United Way’s honorary campaign chairs and hosted the new event. The event raises funds for the United Way’s Community Fund. The Community Fund provides grants for LOCAL nonprofit programs working to address critical needs identified in our community and efforts to advance education, income and health – benefiting and strengthening our entire community.
The event includes music, dancing, hors dÂ’oeuvres and each ticket includes one complimentary glass of Lindsay Creek Vineyards wine or beer. Table sponsorships are still available. Tickets can be purchased at the Twin County United Way office at 2207 East Main in Lewiston or at Lindsay Creek Vineyards at 3107 Powers Ave., Lewiston. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.tcuw.org or by calling the Twin County United Way office at (208) 743-6594.Â
